Are you VAT registered?

Unfortunately, as a small business that was set up to be able take orders for the Little Wandle Word Card Storage Trays, we’re not VAT registered. Please visit our About page by clicking here to learn more about our story.
Can we get an invoice?

Of course, if you’ve paid by card, send us an email at hello@phonicsstorage.com with your order number and we’ll send over an invoice as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, an order has arrived damaged what are my options?

We’re sorry if this has happened, our trays are well-packaged and labelled as fragile. From time-to-time these instructions are ignored by the delivery companies. Please notify us of the issue by emailing hello@phonicsstorage.com with your order date, order number, explanation of the damage and any photos within 30 days of receiving them. Photos must be sent in order to process any refunds, returns or exchanges. View our full policy here.
